The Crafty Chic Return & Refund Policy

At The Crafty Chic, we value your satisfaction and want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (including tags).

  • Custom, personalized, or final sale items (such as clearance) are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for sizing or product defects.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as The Crafty Chic is not responsible for lost return packages.
